When EA brought Madden over to Xbox 360, it was generally considered to be a lesser port in comparison to its predecessor. So the Nintendo Wii worries began...would Wii also get a version of Madden that's lacking features?
In a recent interview with IGN, EA definitively stated that not only was this not the case, but that the newest Nintendo port actually tops all the other Maddens out there.
"I can definitely say that yes, we have lead blocking. Yes, we have franchise, superstar, tournament - it's all there. There has basically been no loss of features at all for Madden Wii. In fact, because of the Wii-only content in Madden, I'd say that Madden Wii is the most feature rich version of Madden that's out there," gushed EA's Jason Armenise, producer for Nintendo's Madden NFL '07.
