Kotaku got the tip-pu that Microsoft will announce tomorrow in Japan that its HD-DVD add-on will come out on Nov. 22 and cost Japanese 360 owners a very cheap 19800 yen. Their little source also confirmed that the device will have “1080p capabilities and Windows XP Media Center Edition compatability.”
