Nintendo Wii PR Onslaught
According to respected media publication New Media Age Magazine, Nintendo is planning an extensive web based assault to help promote the company’s forthcoming Wii console.
Nintendo has apparently allocated a rather significant portion of their £10 million marketing budget in a bid to help raise its brand awareness online using the new slogan "Wii Move You".
In regards to its new online endeavor, Nintendo stated "We’re just in the final stages of putting our media plan together for Wii, but in terms of online our spend is way more than anything we’ve done before."
