PS3, Wii, Xbox 360 talk from Pitchford
Gearbox president Randy Pitchford recently sat down with EGM and talked next generation consoles: Wii, PS3, and Xbox 360. And thanks to our buddies at Joystiq, we've got some choice quotes from the developer of titles like Brothers In Arms and Half-Life.
Well, we're not exactly buddies with Joystiq since we've never met, but the gang here at Nintendo Wii News would go out and have a beer with the Joystiq gang any day of the week. Back to the EGM interview.
Pitchford, not wanting to burn any bridges, said that "We are strongly supporting all next-gen systems including the 360, PS3, and the Wii. Depending upon how things unfold, we are very adaptable and agile." So if one of them goes down the tubes, they can quickly shift gears and jump to the next console. We don't really forsee anybody falling down the well in the next couple of years, though.
