Wii Wario Ware sneaks in before Christmas
Wario Ware: Smooth Moves, possibly one of the most bizarre Wii titles currently in development, is currently penciled in for a December 15th release date, according to online gaming publication Cubed3.
The title which sees you and a bunch of friends attempt some of the strangest mini games in existence is exactly the kind of title the upcoming Wii console needs. I say this because the game fully utilizes the Wii's unique control scheme with it being used to replicate all manner of real world objects.
Sadly, it's also been confirmed that other first party titles for the Wii -- Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, Super Smash Brothers Brawl and the sublime looking Mario Galaxy won’t be making their debut in Europe until sometime in 2007. Still, it’s always good to know we’ve got Wario Ware: Smooth Moves' unique brand of joyous humour to keep us company this side of the festive season.
